chore: prepare v0.1.1 release - #12

Summary

• bump the Rust workspace from 0.1.0 to 0.1.1
• finalize the queued-followup, clipboard, and turn-divider changelog entries
• advance the Unreleased comparison link

Deployment validation

• deployed merge commit 5ac39b4 to EC2 as sc-5ac39b4 with rollback retained
• sc doctor passed non-streaming, SSE, and tool-calling checks
• live headless smoke request returned exactly smoke-ok

Release preflight

• python3 scripts/check-release-version.py --tag v0.1.1
• cargo fmt --all -- --check
• cargo clippy --locked --workspace --all-targets -- -D warnings
• cargo test --locked --workspace
• DLR fmt, Clippy, and workspace tests

After this PR is reviewed and merged, tag its merge commit v0.1.1 to trigger signed Linux release artifacts.
